Account & Registration

  • Restaurant details including address, type, and number of outlets
  • Billing and payment information such as name, billing address, country, and transaction details. Payment processing is handled securely by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, and we do not store full payment card details.
  • Login credentials (passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text)
Business & Operational Data
  • Menu items, pricing, and recipe configurations
  • Sales transactions, order history, KOT records
  • Inventory data, staff records, and table configurations
  • Customer profiles and loyalty program information you manage
Automatically Collected Data
  • IP address, browser type, device information
  • Usage patterns, feature interactions, session duration
  • Log files and crash reports for system diagnostics

  • With Your Consent: In any other circumstance where you have provided explicit consent

Your business data is yours. We act only as a data processor. You retain full ownership of all your restaurant data including menus, transactions, customer records, and analytics.

Retention

Data Retention

  • Log data is retained for 12 months for security and diagnostic purposes
  • Upon account deletion request, personal identifiers are removed within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations

BizRestro integrates with third-party platforms to extend functionality. These may include:

  • Payment & Subscription Provider: Paddle (Merchant of Record)
  • Payment gateways (eSewa, Khalti, bank integrations where applicable)

  • Email delivery services

Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for all subscription purchases, meaning they handle:

  • Payment processing
  • Invoicing
  • Tax/VAT handling
  • Refund processing
  • Subscription management

These third parties have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them. Software Sewa is not responsible for the privacy practices of external services.

BizRestro is designed for business use and is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
