By creating an account, accessing, or using BizRestro in any way, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms of Service in full
• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your business
• You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations

BizRestro is a cloud-based restaurant management platform offered by Software Sewa that includes:

• Point of Sale (POS) and fast billing with multiple payment modes
• Kitchen Order Ticket (KOT) management and kitchen display system
• Table, floor plan, and reservation management
• Inventory, stock control, and vendor management
• Menu, recipe costing, and dynamic pricing management

• Staff management, scheduling, and role-based access control
• Sales analytics, custom reports, and real-time business dashboards
• Multi-outlet and multi-branch centralized management
• Customer relationship management (CRM) and loyalty programs
• Online ordering and delivery management integration

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time with reasonable notice to users. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications.

To use BizRestro, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate registration details including business name, address, and contact information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials at all times
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized account access at [email protected]
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account
• Never share login credentials with unauthorized individuals outside your team
• Keep your account and business information updated and current

BizRestro offers a 30-day free trial for all new registrations. No credit card is required during the trial period. At the end of 30 days, your account automatically transitions to the free Starter plan unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) inclusive of applicable taxes
• Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of paid features
• Downgrading your plan takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately with prorated billing applied

You agree to use BizRestro only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from BizRestro
• Introduce viruses, malware, ransomware, or any harmful code into the system
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or system components
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract data from the platform
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to BizRestro without prior written permission
• Use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or network
• Violate any applicable laws, including data protection and consumer protection regulations

BizRestro — including its software, design, logos, trademarks, documentation, and all related intellectual property — is owned exclusively by Software Sewa and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of Nepal and applicable international conventions.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BizRestro solely for your internal restaurant business operations during the active subscription period.

You retain full ownership of all content, data, and information you input into BizRestro — including menus, customer records, transaction data, and business analytics. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to deliver our services to you.

Your business data belongs to you. We act as a data processor under your instruction. All data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

• We will never sell your business or personal data to third parties
• You can export your full data at any time in standard formats
• Upon account termination, data is retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted unless required by law
• We maintain robust, industry-standard security to protect your data from unauthorized access

Software Sewa targets a system uptime of 99.9%. This is our operational goal, not a guaranteed SLA. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by:

• Scheduled or emergency system maintenance (communicated in advance where possible)
• Internet outages or infrastructure failures beyond our reasonable control
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions
• Third-party service failures such as cloud providers or payment gateways

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Software Sewa shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any nature
• Loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, or data
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Losses arising from reliance on reports or analytics generated by the platform
• Service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until that date.

Software Sewa may suspend or terminate your account with or without notice if:

• You violate these Terms of Service or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Non-payment of subscription fees persists after reasonable notice is given
• Your use poses a security or legal risk to the platform or other users
• We are required to do so by applicable law or court order

Upon termination, your access to BizRestro ceases. Your data is retained for 90 days during which you may request a full export. After this period, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes are resolved through the following process:

Software Sewa reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Sending an email notification to the primary account holder
• Displaying a prominent in-app notice within the BizRestro platform
