This Refund Policy applies to BizRestro, a product of Software Sewa. Payments are securely processed through Paddle as our Merchant of Record. By purchasing BizRestro subscriptions, you agree to the refund terms outlined below.

Eligibility

Refund Eligibility

BizRestro offers subscription-based SaaS services. Refunds are available under limited conditions.

  • Incorrect or duplicate billing
  • Payment completed but account not activated
  • Technical issues preventing service usage
  • Accidental subscription purchase
  • Unauthorized billing reported within eligible timeframe

Refunds are reviewed individually. Approval depends on usage and billing history.

Subscription Billing

BizRestro is sold as subscription-based software including:

  • Monthly subscription plans
  • Annual subscription plans
  • Multi-branch upgrades
  • Add-on modules and premium features
  • Enterprise custom packages

All subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew unless cancelled.

Timeframe

Refund Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within the following timeframe:

  • Monthly plans — within 7 days of purchase
  • Annual plans — within 14 days of purchase
  • Add-ons — within 3 days of purchase

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via Paddle.

Limitations

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Subscription renewals
  • Partial usage of billing cycle
  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • Change of mind after usage
  • Custom setup or onboarding services
  • Account suspension due to policy violations

Trial & Demo Policy

BizRestro may offer free trial or demo access. During trial period:

  • No payment required
  • No refund applicable
  • User can evaluate features

Cancellation

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel anytime from dashboard
  • Access remains until billing period ends
  • No automatic refund after cancellation
  • No future charges after cancellation

Prorated

Prorated Refunds

BizRestro does not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

  • Downgrades take effect next billing cycle
  • Upgrades billed immediately
  • No refund for unused period

Payments

Paddle Payment Processing

All payments and refunds are handled securely by Paddle.

  • Paddle acts as Merchant of Record
  • Refunds processed via Paddle
  • Taxes handled automatically
  • Invoices issued by Paddle

Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Account may be suspended during dispute
  • Access may be temporarily restricted
  • Investigation will be performed
